Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day after your order arrives. Unopened products can be returned. Once a hygiene seal is broken, a product can no longer be returned, unless it is faulty. Let us know first through the Withdraw from contract form or at return@aurelisee.com, then send the product back within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost. You get your money back within 14 days of letting us know.

how to use

Apply a few drops to clean skin and press in gently. Wait a minute, then apply your other serum, eye cream and moisturiser.

WHEN TO USE

Morning or evening, after cleansing and toning. Always the first layer: it is the lightest product in the ritual, so it goes on before any other serum, oil or cream.

Step two of your ritual: the serum. It goes on after cleansing, before your moisturiser, when the skin is clean and can take it in.

Key ingredients

Every ingredient is chosen with intent. Each one has its own job and its own reason to be there, picked for how it works on your skin. Below is what they are, where they come from and what they are here to do.

Prebiotic Ferment (2%)

This is Lactobacillus ferment lysate, made from the same family of bacteria used in yoghurt. The skin carries its own community of microorganisms, and this ferment is used as a prebiotic to help support that natural balance. The serum holds two percent. Skin that feels tight or out of balance settles down with daily use.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule the skin makes itself to hold on to water. This serum uses two forms of it, one larger and one smaller. Together they hydrate the surface of the skin. The jelly absorbs in seconds and leaves no oil behind.

Sodium PCA

Sodium PCA is one of the natural moisturising factors the skin makes itself. It helps the skin attract water and hold on to it. In this serum it works next to glycerin and hyaluronic acid. The result is skin that feels comfortable all day, without a heavy layer.

What Are The Benefits?

It hydrates with Glycerin, Sodium PCA and two forms of Hyaluronic Acid, absorbs in seconds and leaves no oil behind. The prebiotic ferment helps to support the skin's own balance, so the skin feels calmer and more comfortable with daily use.
How often do I use this product?

Once or twice a day, morning and evening. A few drops is enough.
When do I use this product?

Both. Our recommendation is the evening, as the light first layer under your other serum and night cream, but it works just as well in the morning under your moisturiser. On an evening with The AHA Peeling Drops, let the peel absorb first. It contains alcohol, second on the list, and a natural scent with patchouli oil. If your skin stings from alcohol or reacts to essential oils, the answer is no.
Is this formula compatible with my skin?

Not every product suits every skin, so each one tells you. The description names the skin it suits best, and the answer under “When do I use this product?” says what to know first, such as a natural scent or alcohol. If your skin reacts easily, try a new product on a small area first.
