How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 8 business days for your package to arrive. If your order hasn't reached you after 8 business days, please contact our support team.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been processed and transferred to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow your Aureliseé products every step of the way.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

For orders within the European Union, all taxes are included. For international orders (including the US and UK), customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applied by their country's authorities.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 days for our team to process your order and prepare your items for shipment.

Estimated delivery times apply after your order has been processed:

Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 3–5 business days.

European Union: 3–5 business days.

United Kingdom & USA: 5–8 business days.

International: 7–21 business days.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

We provide the following rates based on your location and order value:

Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Free shipping on orders over €60.00. (Standard: €6.95)

European Union: Free shipping on orders over €60.00. (Standard: €8.99)

United Kingdom & USA: Free shipping on orders over €100.00. (Standard: €11.99)

International: Standard flat rate of €24.99.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Delays: Aureliseé is not liable for delays caused by local customs inspections.

5. Shipping Address & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete address details. Aureliseé is not liable for delays or lost packages due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages.

If a package is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damage: Please inspect your package upon receipt. If damaged, contact support@aurelisee.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

Loss: Aureliseé is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after a carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided address.

Processing: Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
