Aureliseé is not liable for damages caused by unintended use, including:

Ingestion: Do not eat or swallow.

Internal Use: Avoid eyes, nostrils, and internal membranes.

Storage: Store between 15°C and 25°C. Improper storage (heat/sunlight) voids all liability.

Sun Protection: Use of SPF is your responsibility when using photosensitizing products.

Minor variations in color and texture between digital images and physical products are expected and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies at any time.

License: By tagging us or posting a review, you grant Aureliseé a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing.

Copyright: We respect intellectual property. If you believe your work has been copied on our Site, contact us at support@aurelisee.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureliseé’s total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the exact purchase price of the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or "emotional distress" damages.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of the Site or our products must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aureliseé from any claims or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of third-party rights.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration in the Netherlands (or remotely). You waive your right to a jury trial.

No Class Actions: All claims must be handled on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from a pricing or technical error (e.g., €0.00 pricing) and will provide a full refund.

Platform: We are not liable for data breaches or outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Shopify).

Shipping: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for "porch piracy" or carrier delays.

Unauthorized resale on platforms like Amazon or eBay is strictly prohibited. Wholesale or professional partnerships require a signed Authorized Retailer Agreement.

Conduct: Harassment of our staff or community will lead to an immediate ban.

Prop 65: Use constitutes acknowledgment of standard California Proposition 65 warnings.

Export: You agree to comply with all international export laws and sanctions.

If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. All clauses regarding liability, intellectual property, and arbitration survive the termination of this agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
